Avaya 1120/1140 SIP working in CM & SM system. Facing an issue SIP phone 1120/1140 unable to return calls from inbox external number.
 
Hi, I checked the 11x0 SIP admin doc and cant see a redial prefix, unlike with the 96xx phones on Aura.
In Session Manager you could create and Adaptation that inserts your ARS code for dial back calls.
So if your 11x0 dials 0123456789 in SM create a Adaption that matches 0 Min 11 max 11 Insert 9 and assign it to the right SIP Entity.
 
^ Or Pattern 0 Min 10 Max 10 Insert 9 for the 0123456789 example, not 11
 

What will happen normal calls dialing with ARS access code?
 
If your ARS code is say 9, then this will not be affected as the Adaption only applies to Pattern 0 (numbers starting with 0).

Depending where you are in the world could be a different number plan, but thus would work for UK.

Also it depends on what CLI you have received in the call inbox as you may need to insert different digits depending on this.
 

Thanks. It is working now. Just configured adaption and assigned to CM SIP entity.
