SIP Outgoing Route Issue

IPO 7.0(23) I have replaced the 7digits dialed (my cell) with X12345X I realize that more of a trace might be requried. If so let me know what you'd like to see.

I have created a second group on our SIP trunk Line 20 Channel 2 (group 22) then a short code 7N; to dial out on group 22. I created the second group with the intent that it would always show the 3192480297 caller id. Line 20 Channel 1 is group 20 and that is typically how we dial out (9N;). The 319-688-1234 is a member of the sip trunk.

From my desk when I dial 7+X12345X it works as expected. Line 20 Channel 2
