Hi, I'm trying to get SIP trunks working on a TDE100 with a V-SIPGW16 card.

I can call out on the SIP lines but voice is one-way only. I can't call in at all.

Trying to set up the NAT stuff on "shelf properties" stops it working completely.

I'm using voiptalk as a provider.

Any thoughts (screenshots of working setups would be perfect!!)

Thanks

if you are tring to access the system from external broadband, you will need a vpn for it to work properly

Hi obt, these are voip lines not TDE to TDE gateways..

Sorry I totally misread the post.
Make sure ports 10000 to 20000 udp ports are open. You may also want to use a stun server.

Hi, have opened those ports. Do I need to set up the shelf & card properties or can it all be done in the port properties?

I've tried setting up NAT in the shelf properties but the only way I can get even dial out is with NAT off....

I say it is to do with your router settings point those ports to the tde ip address
