I have on Question for the SIP Number format .I have an ACM 4 with a SES 5. I get on my SIP Phones a wrong number format from external Calls.
Exp. From: <sip:1721234567@acm.cust.local:5061>
And in the Display i see 1721234567 not 01721234567
I like to see the national format .

The Trunk is a Sip Trunk. If the Group Type SIP the trunk don´t allowed me insert digits

actually you are right. What about the 46xxsettings.txt file ?

is your call coming in on SES or CM ? If CM, route the call to an extension and see if the correct display is show.

Hi

1. I have no Avaya SIP Phones. I have an IP Dect System on a SIP trunk.
2. The Number format is national format and show on the Phones the right format
