i am programming SIP network between UCP and another PBX. the incoming calls to UCP is working fine. But when i try to make a call from UCP to the other PBX it shows on the screen CP GRP 5 busy.
the link i have between the UCP and the IPO is via SIP they are both on the same LAN as for the UCP programming i just set up a SIP trunk as if i was going set one up for a trunk provider but with out any user credentials
i have programmed SIP trunks and SIP Ext and the SIP trunk is showing registered.
The other side "Advoco" can call the UCP, but when i try to make a call from the UCP and dial the extension number in the other system for example 110 is shows GRP CO busy. but when I choose the VoIP line it dials normally.
So I want to be able to dial 110 without choosing the CO Group like 88005110.
1. set 'internal and loop LCR' in ADM 220.
2. set LCR Type 'Both'. Compared Digits ' 1** ', DMT1 010101 , DMT2 010101 , DMT3 010101 in ADM 221
3. set Networking Number Plan Bin : 1 in ADM 222
CO Group :5 for sip call.
Then tried to dial 110 it shows on the screen no route to destination. And in the trace it shows:
H450_MakeH4501SupplementaryService:512 OSS Err Msg :
Networking Feature Not Installed..
Please, check Lock Key..
you only can use LCR to programm this but NOT the networking feature.
Try this programming from a sip networking between LIK and Avaya IPO:
1. set 'internal, loop and direct CO LCR' in ADM 220.
2. set LCR Type 'Both'. Compared Digits ' 1** ', DMT1 010101 , DMT2 010101 , DMT3 010101 in ADM 221
3. set CO/IP Group : 5 in ADM 222 (if your group is CO group 5)
If it is not working make a trace to see what the LIK is sending and what the other system is responding.
Can you please advice how to program the SIP trunks just to make sure that my programming is right.
1- SIP CO Attributes --> domain and proxy are the IP address of the other system
2- Registration UID Range
3- SIP Trunk Group is the VoIP group.
4- Program the numbering plan.
You only need the UID range when you get some user id and password for the registration
at the other system.
Sometimes the other system needs a special format(international number, local number, or just the station number)
I think the rest is OK.
