I only have control over the Avaya, all other products are controlled by another company including routers.
 
Its still open - even though the passwords have changed - you are still putting the customer at risk.

Could you please explain why when trying to pass over the SIP line, on system status it shows there is no free channels available on group ID 55.

I do have 5 x SIP trunk licenses
