SIP Line configuration for STC

Hi

Is there anyone experienced to setup SIP line using STC ISP?

STC provided the details but very limited support.

I can see the SIP line is registered but for some reason incoming and outgoing call doesn't work.

The incoming call doesn't even landed to the SSA.

There's no firewall between ISP and the PBX.

The setup is: Fibercable -> STC SBC ONT port 3 -Cat6-> to Avaya IPO PBX port lan2.

I don't see any response to the call after the provider sent the SIP Trying message. Why... that must ba answered by the provider. Nevertheless... It will not work as long as you send Extn3002 as caller ID and within Contact header.
