SIP Incoming caller ID

I've just changed SIP providers and phones are showing the caller ID in the form 07000 123456 so not matching to the directory and displaying the directory name. Of course I can't have spaces in the directory.

I've checked in monitor and it seems that the IP Office 500v2 R11.0 is displaying the name (in quotes below) rather than the actual number:

From: "07000 123456" <sip:07000123456@192.168.0.100>;tag=cf58803c40ca31ef

Is there as setting to change this?

(I already have SIP advanced - caller ID from hear on)

It looks like your carrier has helpfully put a formatted number in the name field, which means the IPO isn't doing the directory name matching as it thinks there's already a name associated.

Can you please check that you have Favour Directory set as the Name Priority on your trunk?

That should fix it.
