SIP Inbound no Audio once & a while

i have a 500v2 using combo card for VCM & latest R7 software with a SIP trunk group direct to Coredial. i havinbg calls every once and a while that have no audio on the incoming calls. i tried putting it direct to Comcast and going around the firewall but made no difference. Comcast had Firewall disabled.

anyone ever experience this before?

In System Status, the calls looks normal its just that there is no audio up. tried auto and locking the codec to G711 which is how its set with the the SIP trunk group.

 
Try to see if this is the case.

Make an inbound call and answer before an announcement.
Do the same after the first announcement.
I bet the second call will be speechless.

i wish that was the case...it could be first call or 2nd or third. were swapping the combo card today to see if its just a bad VCM.
