SIP Hardphone Alcatel-Lucent not has transfer button

How I can transfer the call?
This SIP phone no have a transfer button, no conference button, and no hold button. But has a programmable speed dial buttons.
Any idea?
This SIP phone register, make and receive calls without troubles.

If this is on an IP Office.... the display/options available on the handsets are not dictated by the telephone system but by the handset itself and any code dialled would simply be audible down the line and not do anything, perhaps find a user manual for that phone or ask Alcatel/Lucent

Thanks. Yes, it's on Avaya IP Office. All options were on a hide screen.
