Most of them you can buy work with IP Office, the only problem is to know how to program the devices.
I don't know the Quintum systems but i have good experiences with AudioCodes, Patton and Cisco SIP ATA devices.

we use them for all our SIP --> PSTN media gateways. Set and forget. never had to reboot one yet.

IP Office has a list of at leat 10 SIP Endpoints qualified to work with it! BUT quintum is not one of them!

LE: I recommend Grandstream or Polycom. Grandstream is cheap and works excelent! Polycom is a little more expensive but it is better build!
My personal preference are Grandstream GXP2000 and Grandstream GXP2020!
