Hello.
We are having an issue with faxing on a CM5.2 switch. The circuit is brought in by telco by the way of SIP and then converted into a PRI. Off the system, we have about 15 analog fax extensions. They are about a 50/50 chance that the fax will go through. We have changed settings on the stations but have had little luck. Any help would be great. Thank you.

have you looked at the IP-Codec set being used for your locations? on page 2, of the "change ip-codec x" form, there is a line labelled "FAX", you can set different "modes" for it, try changing to to either "t.38-standard" or "pass-through", try both, see if either one makes a difference.

make sure you check your IP-Network-Map to find out what IP-Network-Region is being used, and that will also tell you which codec sets you need to adjust as well.
