SIP Error Response = 503 Service Unavailable 2

Hi All,
I have a issue, I have an IP Office 9.0 connected via SIP to Session Manager. When I make a call from CM to the IP Office i get the below error Response = 503 Service Unavailable.

The the trunks on the IP Office is configure as SMLine.

I'm wondering if there is a mismatch between the IPO and the SM i.e. IPO is sending SIP and the SM is expecting SIPS.

Wireshark, IPO trace or something extra would be good
