Using a SIP ATA (Patton). ATA registers with IPO but no audio on calls. Happens both local and remote.

Direct Media Path is disable for the SIP extension. I have tried to use different codecs also.

I don't think that is a supported ATA, does Monitor shed any light on the issue?

the Patton M-ATA is supported and avaya provides a config guide in the knowledge base.
Monitor is not showing anything out of the ordinary. THe phone is registered, call completes, but no audio on either side. Both IPO and ATA are set to G.729

Don't remember seeing that...sorry. Have you turned off any firewall/AV just for the duration of testing?

Did you check these settings in the Patton?

amr - this is a connection from an ATA to an IPO on a LAN. there are no firewalls or antiviruson these devices.

Bas -followed those settings to set it up and they match exactly whats in my config

Then check you network, is it on LAN or over WAN?
