What is the best way to get a SIP DID to ring multiple extensions on an SL2100? I have a customer with multiple DIDs, but they want their main number to ring a half dozen extensions.
Thanks

Assuming you already have DIDs setup, find the DID in 22-11.

Target Number: @mailbox (if you want overflow to mailbox)
Target Number 1: Ring Group number (eg: 1)
Target Number 2: 102 (for voicemail)

Then make sure you've assigned the extensions in 22-04.

Here's an example from my SV9100 but the programming on the SL2100 should be the same.

You could also set up a virtual extension and place it on several phones. Instead of ring group 1 in target 1, put the Virtual there.

Thanks. I will give those options a try and see what the client likes best.
