Good Evening All!
Been having this issue with my provider for a while now, and feel like i'm pounding my head on the wall.
The call inbound seem to drop after 32 seconds, and if the call were to going to voice mail, there would be no audio and drops after 32 seconds.
The trace that my provider looked at, my provider is telling me that the "Contact" field is showing my Internal IP Address of the IP Office and not the IP Address of my ISP.
Therefor the SIP provider's server shuts the call down disconnecting after 32 seconds.
For the likes of me, I cannot remember or find where i need to go to resolve this issue.
My IP Office is 9.0.6.

that happens when your firewall setting in the ipo is set wrong.
do you use a STUN server to determine your public ip or did you just set it manually?
mine is set to port restricted cone nat

I do have a stun server ping and it did discover my public address. It set the firewall to port restricted cone. but I was having problem with incoming call. It would not send the 200ok to make the callers phone stop hearing a ringing sound. So I set it to OPEN INTERNET which got rid of that problem.

but open Internet uses the IP Office address as return address which is your problem.
