IS-IT--Management
Hey guys,
I am in the process of staging an IP Office 500 R9 with SIP trunks. I have done many analog and PRI but SIP for the first time.
current setup is IPO w/ R9 with full PRI & DS30A.
The service provider is going to put a SBC as a demarc and give me ethernet handoff. From that I would hook that up to LAN2.
From what I understand so far,
In Manager:
system -> lan2 -> lan settings
-ip address/masdk/trans. ip info is given by the service provider
system -> lan2 -> voip
- check box "sip trunks enable"
line
-create new line "sip line"
-itsp domain name is the SIP gateway IP
-transport - > itsp proxy address -> SIP gateway IP
-sip uri -> This associates the SIP User with a group, and also the IP address of IPO
-sip credentials -> add an account per trunk
what im stuck on is how to configure the ARS for the SIP.
