I put a deefault Password which is Admistrator but i cant log in...

You need to get on a training course, Monitor doesn't use Administrator unless you have specifically set that up in Security. The default monitor password is password

Sure I need training on it,,,,,so is there any way to do it...?

Get monitor connected and setup as per Smash - either use password as the password or login to the security setings of the IPO and set the monitor password you want.

Then capture a trace of an incoming call and an outgoing call and attach them here as txt files (do not just cut and paste in a post).

If you change the protocol on monitor to HTTP it can typically use the Administrator username/password. I have had to use this when people changed the system password and then did not know what it was...

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
