Can anyone recommend a good SIP client which works with the Mitel 3300.. I'm using ground-wire Acrobits,, and internally it works good, but when making an external calls via SIP trunks, Gamma rejects the call as the header is not correct. The Mitel 3300 is on MCD release 6 and I don't know if upgrading the software would provide better option for SIP clients on mobile phones.

I also tried routing the SIP Client calls over back to back DPNSS but the system is tromboning and the call is still going out with the incorrect header and still doing the same.. It works over back to back E&M though, but not the best solution.

any thoughts would be really appreciated, as I'm pulling what's left of my hair out trying to resolve this.

upgrade mivb , add micollab server , use micollab client

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

We have customers using Briua from Counterpath. Mobile and desktop clients. Put Bria clients in Ring Group for one number dialing.

I'm going to upgrade the system this week.

I tried the Bria from counterpath but couldn't get the push servers to work, and the support from them was bad. I might try them again one the system is upgraded.

For Bria on iPhone with Teleworker under Account Advanced>Network Transversal select App Managed. This works for our customers.

Bria and 3cx - 3cx used to be free but not sure about that anymore. Bria with teleworker or direct internal we have had working since release MiVB 5 but with manual configuration of the client.
That being said I agree that using the MiCollab give you way more functions and the new deployment method is amazing for the end users.
They do not need to know anything about the settings, just load and go. In the past Bria or 3cx had a more simple setup than the Collab but no longer the case and with more features.
