sip Cisco Spa8000 and Nortel MICS

Customer has switch to Spectrum Sip trnk using SPA8000, Customer needs to forward all lines evenings and weekends to cell phone. They did this before using carriers call fwd feature, now it has to be done using feature in SPA8000. (*72) Any info on how to set up would be greatly appreciated.
 
Dial *72 then the number you want to forward to.

If you say "it has to be done using feature in SPA8000" then best to post the question in a Cisco forum....this forum is for Norstar.

Sorry, should have explained that *72+phone number doesn't work, even though it is listed as a feature. There has to be a procedure or value that has to be changed in the spa8000. Asked question in the Nortel forum to see if any one has had the issue and solution.
 
If you do not wish to post in the Cisco forum then look in the admin guide or programming for Features Dial Services and see if you can remove the tone.
Either way it's a Cisco product that most Cisco techs could better answer so the odds of getting a response there are much greater then here.
Nortel uses/used BCM for SIP lines.

Sorry I missed that part and thought this cisco device was a PBX.

In case needed too I found in a Cisco forum:
In this case the poster could not use *73
"In the guide, it states that any feature code defined in the "Features Dial Services Codes" field will have a prompt tone played after it, by default. It also states that for codes not needing a prompt tone, do not include them in the Features Dial Services Codes field, but do define them in the Dial Plan.

I removed *73 from the Features Dial Services Codes field and everything is working properly. There were no other changes needed.
