Customer has 4 sites(SCN), each site has its own SIP trunk. Each site has a request to send out "different caller id" Some of those CID's are DID's that are registered at another site. By using internal data on the SIP URI I can send out any number I want as long as the number is registered to the specific sip trunk. I still want all the calls to go out their dedicated SIP trunk and not across the SCN. Any thoughts on how I can accomplish this?
Also, anyone have any luck with using the Anonymous feature on the User TAB? If I try to push out Anonymous or 000-000-0000 or 123-456-7890 from the SIP tab calls fail. If I try to use the shortcode NW to withold caller id, call goes out, but it does not work, nor does NS0000000000 - it only sends out the registered trunk group ID.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what I can do in the IP Office or what to tell the Provider?
Thanks!
