SIP Calls not going to Voicemail

System 9.0.3 with Voice mail Pro
Calls coming in on a SIP DID routed direct to an Extension.
if you answer the call it works fine, 2 way audio everything.
However if the call is not answered the call goes to that extensions voice mail the caller hears a ringing phone even though the SSA says #(ext name) connected.
If we answer the call and transfer that works.
Incoming and outgoing work great!

Any Thoughts?
 
V9 had a sip trunk change.
Change network topology to open internet. Problem solved

That seemed to work, now the issue that I'm having is that when the call goes to voice mail there is you can't hear the greeting on the callers end then hangs up after 32 seconds.
If I pick up the phone, two way audio work fine!
