Sip Calls Cutting off after 32 seconds

Hi

Ive seen another thread thats been open recently but it doesnt have an update


I have an SBC and Avaya Ip500 and like in the previous thread calls cut off after exactly 32 seconds. Gamma are saying they cant see any packets going back to them and then they send a bye message because it has a request time out

Would be grateful for any help

Keepalive timer? What keepalive times are the carrier expecting? They should be able to answer this.

What if there was no Boolean logic?
 
Bypass the SBC just for testing, when it works you know where to look....bear in mind we aren't Avaya SBC experts :)

 
Just a quick update

Issue fixed- it was a form in the SBC that I haven't filled out properly.

It was the topology hiding form. Gamma basically couldn't read the packet I was sending as I wasn't sending the correct external IP so hence why they cut off the call after 32 secs
