sip - call connection delay

Afternoon

i have a site that has been running sip for 2 years + now without any issues suddenly they have developed an issue where a call will come in once the phone is answered there is a small delay between the phone being answered and the line realizing it has been answered which leads to maybe 1-2 seconds at the start of each call that the speech doesn't get passed though.

IPO is running 8.1
Sip Provider is Gamma

I've done monitor traces and it hasn't gleamed much however not 100% sure what i should be looking for but nothing Immediately jumps out at me the line provider is saying that the line is okay.

just seeing if anyone experienced anything similar etc?.

Just gonna ask, have you rebooted everything? Switches, routers, firewalls, IPO?

IPO has been rebooted only thing that has not would be the managed router provided by gamma.

router reboot did not work, I will get a monitor trace and post it here see if anyone sees anything I don't.
 
Monitor will show exactly when the RTP stream in initiated in the (S)RTP sessions section under "Status", when you answer the call is the stream immediate? :)
