SIP between TDE100 and Avaya

Hi. Good day. I have the follow question:
it it posible that in Panasonic TDE100 I use a SIP extension connected like SIP trunk in PBX Avaya and viceversa

An Extension is different from a trunk. So maybe I do not understand the question. Are you trying to see if a SIP client can connect to two different PBX's?? If that's the question, then I guess is YES it would work.
