SIP AudioCodes MP112 recive but can make call out via cm

I have AudioCodes MP-112 with an analog line connecting via sip to ses and cm. I can call it from a line on the CM however when I call out from the analog line I get
active station 1463 cid 0x1f3f
denial station 1463 cid 0x1f3f. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Is it a new station? Did you check the COR?

It is a new station, I checked the cor and I even uped the cor. I did find this in the SIP server log "[Recv Response ]
