Sip and H323,

Hi all,

please clarify me :
- when you have sip and h323 trunks, do u must build 1 or 2 vdch ?
- on my site, the node does not stay registred. It comes unregistred and registrer intermittly ? do u have any idea ?

I did it few month ago and if i remember (no connection to that system now) only 1 VDCH was configured. But i guess you fear that VDCH have its own protocol (H323 or SIP). I think no. The protocol definition is in the RDB. Only one VDCH can register with one node...

About node deregistering, do you receive any messages on terminal? Which ones? Give prints

These messages comes from SS and NRS. The site SS_ARKADIN is not defined in the NRS but NRS is receiving registering requests.
It have to be defined in the Gateway endpoint tab as a RAS endpoint.

i will try to create it as ras endpoint

you only must configure one VDCH for both SIP and H323
if you create tw or more is possible you have a corruction data

it's work fine now. The problem was that the endpoint was not configured as Ras h323 endpoint. THK dlesap
Now, my site and my gateway Audiocodes are registred but when a ip phone call the gateway i have the ring back tone, the response but no voice ?? any idea ?

Audiocodes are not so easy to configure. I have example i can send you but not before next monday 14. Which Audiocode model you have?
