I have attached our CM5.1 to a Verint Quality Monitoring system. I now want that our agent hears a single warning tone as soon as the system records a call.
I have found the setting Service Observing warning tone at system parameters features, but when I turn this on, the agent and the customer hear a beep tone every few seconds.
Is there a possibility to set the tone to a single one?
