Single VoIP extension on MICS?

We have a new employee that will be working 2 weeks here, and 2 weeks from home (several hundred miles away) for the next 1-2 years. Is there anyway to get him a VoIP extension setup at his house that would be transparent to the Norstar MICS and employees?

Any suggestions to a solution to this problem would be appreciated.
