Single Signon from PeopleSoft to Cognos Upfront 1

We are using Portal 8.4 with single signon into PeopleSoft EPM 8.8 but wish to also use single signon into Cognos Upfront.

We are planning to develop a plug-in using the Cognos delivered SDK but cannot read the PS_TOKEN cookie to obtain the UserId as thsi information is encryted in the cookie.

Has anyone achieved single sign-on to Cognos Upfront from the PeopleSoft Portal using the plug-in and can you provide any detail or guidance?

USE LAE authentication if you are using Cognos on NT.

also check NDS (Netscape Directory Server)
