Hi!

We have some strange problems with our MD110 BC12.
Every day we receive reports from our users that when they call to an external and sometimes internal telephone number, they can only hear the other side speak, while the other side does not hear the caller.

After a lot of monitoring from our telephony provider we are convinced that the problem is in the MD110.
Does anyone have any idea what to look for?
Can it be in a faulty TMU board? or???

Thanks already!
Arjen

if you have this problem with internal calls, the problem lies on the switching side so hardware involved :

Extension, ELUX, DSU, LSU ,DSU, GJUL4(if there are multiple lims involved)

try to know what extensions are involved.

Thanks whosrdaddy for the quick response!
We have one lim only with about 300 extensions.

It seems to be coming from many different extensions. On different ELU boards. Any idea how to find out on which board the problems is?

Thanks!

try to find out a specific call case, then see on what boards these extension are, if these are in the same magazine it will be a DSU problem, 2 different magazine -> DSU or LSU problem...
