Hi all.. It is documented that Single Server Support for Multiple IP Office Applications is possible. I've asked an Avaya Engineer for the implementation document of it not the IP Office technical tip but he can't find any. Really? I'll be having an upcoming implementation wherein the customer has One-X portal server and voicemail pro server that I'm planning to install them in a single server. Do you have this document? Hoping for your expertise..

You can install VMPro and One-X on one server.
Avaya even provides the AppServer which has both applications already installed for you.
Be aware that this is based on Linux but made so that you can install and maintain it without Linux knowledge.
Although a bit Linux knowledge could be handy.

Hi Tlpeter.. I'm planning to install one-x portal and voicemail pro servers under windows OS 2008. Have you tried this before?

Yes and that is fine too.
Follow the manuals to the bone and you will be fine.

So you are saying that, I'll just have follow the two manuals as if they're are in a single server? Both application will be having single IP address then. This won't result IP conflicts right?

No IP conflicts as you're not running two devices with the same IP. You're running two services on one device with one IP. Those services will listen on different ports, and will work fine.

What should be installed first? VM Pro or one-x? That's a question I've been asked before. I would install VM PRO first and make sure it's running well.

Vmpro first with web voicemail enabled.
Then you can install one-x.
