Single PC Setup but need functionalty of a server 2

I am working on a standalone PC for design purposes and I only have Lotus setup on just this PC, not connected to any servers. I am making only a few databases that need to be transported by CD to 3 other PCs after the databases are complete.

The reason for the Registration Database is there will be 3 users that I would like to to have different types of access, Managers - Admins - Users.

Can I install the standalone client software on each PC, run the databases off of a Main PC Server and have the users logon through a Desktop Link to access these databases with their own IDs for recording purposes.

There is no need for email with these IDs.
