Single Mode Fibre daughter board Data Rate?

Got another question... Option 11C cabinet & expansion cab.

Can anyone tell me what the data rate is coming off the single mode fibre daughter board of the SSC card? I'm looking at using a repeater over a 90Km single mode run to my expansion cabinet. Also is the a minimum delay time for signalling? And one more question... Is there such a beast as a dual port single mode daughter fibre board for the ssc card? I can find a single port but so far no dual port in the single mode variety.

There are 4 port cards so you can expand to a total of 5 Cabinets. Don't know about the rest.
