Single mail-sending name for multiples Notes IDs... 1

Hi guys,

How can I set up things such that given three or more users that are logged on separately with their Notes IDs, mails they send will only appear under one designated name when received by recipients; and, when replied to, mail replies are sent to the right sender accordingly?

You could modify their mail files, edit the Memo file so that the attributes "Principal" and "ReplyTo" are set accordingly.

If you don't know what I mean, I can elaborate, its just an idea!

Many thanks, fishkake for providing the idea on how to arrive at the required solution.

On the memo form, I modified the From field's formula line for the Principal field to something like:
FIELD Principal := "<designated sender name>";

I then added next the ReplyTo field on the said form with the formula value of "<actual sender/owner>"

That solved my problem. Thanks again.
