Single file recovery in SPS2003

Hi there,

I got sharepoint system of SPS2003+w2k3 frontend & sqp2000+w2k3 backend, now would like to know the option for single file recovery in sharepoint.

Say a user accidently delete a file in sharepoint, how can I recover that particular file without affecting others?

If by default SPS2003 cannot do that, what 3rd party solution should I look into?
