Hi,

Is there an option to allow a single incoming call per DID, otherwise give a busy tone?

At the moment a single number will allow multiple inbound calls to the hunt group. Our external IVR system doesn't function well allowing multiple calls per number and if it receive a busy tone when it was in use, would work much.

I'm assuming not allowing queuing on the hunt group may have a similar effect, but will also stop the other numbers working.

Ideally I just want to make it so one inbound call per DID otherwise an engage tone.

Thanks,

Just a note to say I do have calling waiting on per extension, but this was more for internal calls so you could see who was calling you internally if you were using the phone.

Thanks,

What kind of lines do you have? PRI? SIP? or Analog? You might be able to set up incoming/outgoing line groups for each or some DIDs

Morning,

They're SIP. All DID's are on the same trunk. So you think setup each incoming number with a different line group?

Thanks

I think the question here is what IVR system doesn't handle multiple calls and why?
