Single call billing app needed

I know someone who runs an Internet Cafe and a low cost international call service.
They need to be able to present a bill to each of their customers at the end of their call.
They do not need a full blown call management package, which gives all sorts of reports but just a simple bill perhaps with the option of showing the tax element of the call.
Anyone know of a low cost app that would fit this.

You may be able to talk a company like Datel and see what they have.maybe some basic call accounting package.

Simtel makes a package that is free for less than 18 extensions or 6 hotel rooms. Never used it or even seen it, just made a mental note for future reference when I saw it had the free option. Think there are other ones out there too that may have a free entry level option.
