Since new year rules not working

Hello, we are using as Lotus Notes Client: 5.0.12 and Domino Server: 5.0.12.
Something strange is going on here.
We got severall complains about rules not working anymore in Lotus Notes client. The crazy thing is that it does not work since new year. Could be a time out something?????
I have tried following.
Removed rules and added new rules but does not work.
Because I am a newbee to Lotus Notes, I am not sure if it is a server and/or client issue or what.
Hopefully is there someone who can give some directions how to fix this.
I have been to IBM site, but get nothing out there (chaos website).

And another thing.
I tried at in case sensitive as well.
Probably something to do with the domino server?
if so, how do I adjust it so that everyone can work with again?
The problem is that we have more then 100 call agents working here and the rules not working anymore.

Were you able to resolve this issue. I'm currently having the same problems with version 5.0.8

I did not found an exact solution but I've tried to reboot the server.
That seems enough though. The rules are working again.
Could be good to keep intouch with each other.
