Ok guys, so I'm a total noob with all of this stuff but we just moved office locations, and at our old location we had it set up so that an incoming call rang all of our phones simultaneously and could be answered by any phone. Now I can't get the phones to operate like this anymore.

I'm running a Mitel SX-200 ICP 3.0.2.5 with 5224 handsets. Any help is appreciated.

Typically this would have been done by having a key line appearance programmed on all the phones that need to ring and then directing the incoming call to that key.

Alternatively, a ring group may have been employed but this would have had an 8 phone limit.

You will probably need the assistance of a non-noob to resolve this issue or be very patient with the responses, questions and lag time that you will put up with in this forum.

Ok, thanks. How are key line appearances programmed onto the phones? Is it through the CDE or directly on the phones?

In form 9 you select the phone you are programming and select expand set to view and program the keys.
