Simple Warehouse Web App

This question is along the line of similar HOW DO I DO WEBAPPS in VFP. I need a very basic Warehouse App to bring parts in and check them out. This is for managing a warehouse on the Gulf Coast to handle building supplies for Volunteer Organizations. I have a current FPW 2.6 app that does way more than is needed here but I need Web Front End so that Volunteer Orgs can look at Part Inventory through browser.

I am not very comfortable with things like ASP, web hosting etc. I want to do this as simple as possible. Is VFP the right way to develop a quick simple Web front end. App also needs to support barcoding.
