Simple Voicemail or Auto-Attendant for 2 Recorded Announcements

Hello,
We have not yet enabled the voice mail, but we have the licence.

All we need are two recorded announcements:

Message 1: The Office is closed (from 19h00 – 8h00 and Weekends),
Message 2: The office is closed for Banking holidays.

The message 2 should be activated manually by the operator from the main telephone.
Only the main telephone is concerned. We do not need voicemail/announcements for other users and the caller should not be able to leave any message.

I do not have experience with this PBX (Hipath 3800 –Openscape X8) and I would appreciate a simple solution by using voicemail or other appropriate approaches.

What voicemail platform are you using? OpenScape Xpressions or something else?
