Simple Table in Visual C++ 3

I apologize in advance if I am missing something. Is there a simple way to build a simple table for display and edit in a visual c++ Dialog.

I don't want to link to a data source, I just want a table that I can control and that the user can edit. Something similar to the tables that java provides?
