I need to one user to get a cc of another users mail. How do I accomplish this.

I have a user Matt who gets our suggestions email, but another person is taking it over and Glenn needs to get what ever matt receives.

I hope that's a bit more clear.

Several ways to accomplish this:

Set Glenn as a recipient for Matt's account, and make sure delivery is set for both.

Have the suggestions go to a Distribution List, and have both Matt and Glenn as members.

Set the suggestions up as a Public Folder, and grant both access to the PF.

as Matt Said,

the way we do it is to go Find the user in AD, Exchange General Tab

Deliver options

Forwarding...

Dead easy and make sure you put the tick in!!

Damn Sniper. Just about every time I ask for help here you are the first to respond. YOU ROCK!

And Thanks Mintsauceuk for making it easier to understand. I'm new to the Windows Server Environment. I've been a linux developer for 8 years and this forum (and it's users) have been a God send for me.

Thanks again guys!
