simple group policy problem-i hope

All i'm doing is editing the default domain gpo...i simply put in some message text for users attempting to log on...
It doesn't seem to be taking..
Any suggestions or things obvious that i might be overlooking?

wat did u mean by adding message?
i would use logon script.

you have the option to have text box come up...i did it with nt and would like to continue....
