If you browse some of the places that sell used software, such as a large used book store, you may run into a copy of QuickBooks 5.0. This is the last edition of QuickBooks, to my recollection, that can be installed on Windows 3.1x. You should be able to get it for a relative song, and you should also be able to tailor it to fit your needs. It is a great program.
