Or at least I hope so!

I have been asked to look at a Mitel 3300, and i have very little experience.

I'm sure it is something simple:

Customers calls come into main number and first ring on Operator (0). They then ring on Extension 3010 and 3011. I'd like to add 3043 to this also, so 3010, 3011 and 3043 ring simultaneously.

Sure I'm missing a Hunt Groups form or something. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

there are several ways this could be done

Look at 3010 or 3011 when they are ringing and make note of which key is ringing.

If the prime key (3010 or 3011) then check for a programmed ring group or personal ring group and add 3043

If they ring on a programmable key, then duplicate the key on 3043

There are other ways but too unlikely to explore for now.
