Dear Tek Tips Crew:
After a good run with Res3700 we are moving (I would say upgrading... but) and we are having issues once we log on with our server info that says 'failure to connect to server' we can access the page. We have ruled out our firewall, security services. Oracle is escalating the ticket.
Here is the last test we ran:
Please whitelist the following IP address:
Correction of the external IP: 130.35.203.250
The other two are internal – not used for external communication.
On the VM server, please also open CMD as administrator and run the following command:
Netsh interface tcp set global MaxSynRetransmissions=8
Reboot the VM and test again.
Same results, 'failure to connect to server' ... any ideas?
