Simphony- Adding Cal to a Samsung Galaxy SM-T350 Android version 7.1

I am trying to add cal 155 to Samsung Galaxy SM-T350 Android version 7.1. When going to the Oracle Docs site for the how to download Cal to an Android, it is asking to put URL into the browser. We did that and it brought us no where.

Any Suggestions?

is it cloud? or hosted? if hosted is the SSL self signed?

If your hosted environment is using 19.5.X then your Android tablet should not need CAL anymore. You just download the package from Simphony Web Portal.
