Simphony 2.10 Print "Guest check information lines" on Guest check

Hello everybody

Symphony 2.10 does not print "Guest check information lines" on Guest check. I enable the options

Format Parameters
26 - Print Guest Check Info Lines Before Header on Guest Checks
27 - Print Guest Check Info Lines Before Header on Guest Checks
28 - Print Guest Check Info Lines Before Header on Guest Checks

On Enterprise, Property and RVC levels. Also on order devices (13,14 and 15), but Symphony does not print. Please tell me which option I should configure for Simphony to print. Thanks.

Are you able to see them in check detail screen? Did you set, "Rvc Format Parameters / Number of guest check information" value?

or use the PRINT_TRAILER event; loop in the ITEMS list which DTL_TYPE = I and print them
